Uplifters is a registered charity in Hong Kong (91\/16789) and Singapore (UEN 202414808K). We provide free online education and peer-led community support to migrant domestic workers across Asia and the Middle East. Since 2018, more than 11,000 domestic workers have enrolled in our signature programme \u201cDare to Dream\u201d. Our courses run on WhatsApp and Facebook \u2014 no app download, no laptop needed. Trained alumni support new students in the community, so our reach grows without proportional cost. Yes. We are a registered charity in both Hong Kong (since 2018) and Singapore (since 2025). We publish annual reports and audited accounts. Both entities share a Board of Directors and a CEO, with independent budgets and audit frameworks. We measure what changes, not just what happens. Before and after every course, students complete a survey tracking financial behaviour, confidence, and well-being. Our flagship programme, Dare to Dream, shows: 98% of graduates feel confident managing finances, compared to 27% before; 77% save money every month, compared to 39% before; and 44% report feeling very happy, compared to 25% before.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

Funding supports course development, community leadership, and technology that keeps our cost per learner low. Our 2026\u20132028 strategy targets diversified income so no single source exceeds 33% of total income. We are building towards 20% flexible funding and 10% unrestricted income.
