I am Ailenemae Ramos, from the Philippines, and I have been working in Hong Kong for 16 years. Uplifters has been life-changing because it transformed how I see myself and my family. I learned the importance of good communication, involving my children in decisions, and leading with heart. It also improved my practical life skills, including budgeting, building an emergency fund, and preparing for retirement with more stability and purpose. Today, I am proud to guide fellow migrant domestic workers by sharing what I have learned, so they too can grow, save, plan, and lead with the same heart I now carry.
