Mentor

I am Janelyn Dupingay, a migrant domestic worker from the Philippines, and I have been working in Singapore since 2015. Uplifters guided me from the very first course I enrolled in — Dare to Dream in 2018. It taught me to live with intention, carrying a dream alongside a careful plan and commitment to real progress. I learned to value the things I worked hard for, invest wisely, and manage my “free-spending” side with more mindfulness. This community also helped me manage my emotions through courses for team leaders, giving me the chance to set boundaries and handle differences with grace, maturity, and respect.
