Caring for a baby is a big responsibility, and it works best when the worker and the family are on the same page. This course gives domestic workers and employers the same basic training in baby and toddler care, so both sides know what to expect. It covers hygiene, feeding, growth and development, safety, and what to do in an emergency. It is developed by peadiatric experts and follows WHO and UNICEF guidelines.

Migrant domestic workers and employers each get their own version of the course, designed for their specific role.

Dual access: domestic workers and employers each get their own access, to help align expectations. Access lasts a year, so both parties can fit it around a newborn’s schedule. Each unit ends with a quiz and a handout.
