This course equips domestic workers who take on community leadership roles with practical skills in public speaking, communication, conflict management, and self-care. It helps you envision yourself as a leader, take on roles that benefit your peers, and build stronger, more supportive communities.

This course is part of Uplifters’ community-led model. It will be available in Bahasa Indonesia by October 2026, extending its reach to the Indonesian community and ensuring leadership training is not limited by language. Participants are encouraged to continue their leadership journey by joining the Become an Uplifters Team Leader course.
