The Centre for Domestic Employees offer programmes and activities to  facilitate the up-skilling of domestic employees’ personal effectiveness and enhancing their emotional resilience.

Aidha

Aidha provides courses on money management, how to start a business and basic grammar, listening and conversation skills. Courses start almost every month and are led by trained volunteer mentors.

Archdiocesan Commission for the Pastoral Care of Migrants & Itinerant People (ACMI)

ACMI provides skill development courses such as English and Mandarin language, baking and cooking to domestic workers. Their ministry includes case management, skills development, community outreach and formation.

Association of Employment Agencies – AEA(S) Fun Club.

Curated programs include Arts Classes, Music & Dance Programs and Talks that focuses on Health, Mental Wellness, Financial Literacy and Self Development of MDWs; conducted by professional trainers and facilitated @ 10 Square Orchard Central. Monthly Outdoor Activities facilitate MDWs to venues such as National Museum Special Exhibitions, Sentosa, Gardens by the Bay, Singapore Flyer and many more!

Bayanihan Singapore

Bayanihan Singapore provides skill training programmes such as aromatherapy, baking, cosmetology, computer fundamentals, taekwondo, guitar, voice and dancing.

Foreign Domestic Worker Association for Social Support and Training 

FAST provides vocational training to domestic workers. Their future employability training courses include specialist certificates in caregiving, health and pain management through reflexology, financial management and entrepreneurial programmes.

Jade Circle Acaredemy (TSA Peacehaven)

Jade Circle Acaredemy seeks to address current gaps in Eldercare by equipping care professionals, caregivers and the community with the latest knowledge and skills in Eldercare related topics.
