I am Arlene Madayag Cortel, from the Philippines, and I have been working in Hong Kong since 1999. I joined Uplifters in March 2022, and the Dare to Dream course changed the story of my life. It gave me the blueprint to start a new chapter and inspired me to encourage other migrant workers to join — which led me to become the community’s top referrer and Superstar Alumni.
