I am Charo Sidon, from the Philippines, and I have been working in Singapore as a migrant domestic worker since 2011. Uplifters has been truly life-changing. I joined the free online course Dare to Dream in 2021, and every lesson guided me to make better long-term choices and taught me, step by step, how to handle my finances properly. I learned to build my own dream board and financial plan, prioritising my emergency fund and insurance. After five years with Uplifters, I am proud to say I am living debt-free, with my own home, savings, insurance, and investments — and I have even been able to help my family build their own business back home.
