Zoe Mau

Head of Development & Communications

Uplifters’ mission strikes a chord in Zoe, rooted in memories of her Filipino nanny during childhood. She brings eight years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, communications, and events in the nonprofit sector. With an Anthropology degree from the University of Melbourne, Zoe combines strategic insight with practical skills in grant writing, donor relations, storytelling, and evaluation. She leads our fundraising, donor stewardship, and communications, working closely with programmes to propel Uplifters’ next phase of growth and impact.
