Many women don’t learn about their sexual and reproductive health growing up. Many people see it as a private or embarrassing topic to talk about, and women can feel shy to ask questions. But it’s important to learn about your own body, and to share what you learn with others.

Sexual and reproductive health touches many parts of your life: periods, birth control, pregnancy, childbirth, diseases like sexually transmitted infections (STIs) or cancers of the reproductive organs, and menopause. You deal with parts of this your whole life, and there is nothing to feel ashamed about. When you understand your body, you can make good choices and look after your physical and emotional health.

This course, developed with Pathfinders Hong Kong, covers all of these topics in simple language, including how to manage period symptoms and choose the right period products. It also helps you build a support network, so you feel less alone and more confident taking care of your health.

  • No laptop needed- students can use a simple smartphone.
  • Self-paced with no scheduled meetings- pick up lessons where you left off whenever you have time.
