Become an Uplifters Team Leader is designed for learners who are inspired by their own Team Leader during their Uplifters learning journey and want to follow that leadership themselves. It empowers domestic workers to become Uplifters community peer leaders, learning to demonstrate leadership skills, facilitate engaging sessions, and organise meetups with confidence.

Team Leaders support students, foster safe learning environments, and uphold Uplifters’ values of empowerment, positivity, and warmth, with an emphasis on self-care, respectful communication, and peer coaching.
