Uplifters Singapore Limited is officially incorporated as a company limited by guarantee in Singapore.

As of May 1st 2024, it has one member, Marie Kretz Di Meglio, Uplifters Founder & CEO and two Board Directors: Sujata Ramakrishna and St. John Flaherty. Sujata Ramakrishna and St. John Flaherty also serve as Directors of Uplifters Limited (the mother company registered as a charity in Hong Kong).
