✨ Introducing Brighter Financial Futures! ✨
We’re excited to launch Brighter Financial Futures, a programme developed in partnership with Aflatoun and generously funded by Sun Life.
Brighter Financial Futures is a regional initiative bringing free, accessible financial education to local and migrant domestic workers across Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, and Vietnam.
Uplifters serves as the local implementation partner in Hong Kong and Singapore, contributing to the wider regional programme led by Aflatoun.
Starting January 2026, the programme will give access to three Uplifters online financial literacy courses for all migrant domestic workers in Hong Kong and Singapore at all stages of their migration journey:
- Before starting or while working: Protect your dreams, protect your money (coming soon!) – a course with an emphasis on understanding loans and avoiding scams.
- While working: Dare to Dream – Uplifters’ signature course on money management, personal growth, and mental well-being.
- Preparing to return home: Starting a small business
