Our team โ Nisha Bates (Senior Programmes Manager), Risma Farhanah (Programmes Coordinator), and Sujata Ramakrishna (Board Director & Treasurer) โ had the privilege to attend this two-day event on June 19โ20 alongside fellow changemakers from Hong Kongโs nonprofit sector.
๐ Led by Jason Saul and Heather King, PhD, this insightful workshop introduced the exciting and evolving field of ๐๐ฆ๐ฉ๐๐๐ญ ๐๐๐ข๐๐ง๐๐๐ฌ โ equipping us with tools in benchmarking, standardized reporting, impact verification, and even predictive modeling.
โ At Uplifters, measuring the impact of our ๐๐ซ๐๐, ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ-๐ฅ๐๐ ๐จ๐ง๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐ฆ๐๐ฌ is not just important โ itโs essential. We want to ensure that every migrant domestic worker we support sees ๐ซ๐๐๐ฅ, ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐-๐๐ก๐๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ. This workshop reminded us that data isnโt just about numbers โ itโs about telling the story of change.
